郝逸飞，男，1985年2月生，河北工业大学教授、博士生导师，土木与交通学院院长，国家级青年人才、天津市“引进领军人才”、河北省杰出青年基金获得者。

研究领域：工程结构抗爆抗冲击与高性能混凝土材料，获河北省科技进步一等奖1项（排名：1）、河北省高等教育（本科）教学成果一等奖1项（排名：3）、天津市科技进步一等奖1项（排名：7），2019年起入选“全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单。主持国家级项目3项，出版专著2部，专著章节2章，发表高水平期刊论文85篇（SCI他引3862次，H因子32，其中单篇最高他引261次，15篇论文被引过百次，web of science, 2026.03.04）。是中国工程建设标准化协会《民用建筑防爆设计标准》（T/CECS 7366-2020）的主要起草人；兼任国际防护结构协会旗舰期刊《International Journal of Protective Structures》编委。
